The 2026 Pilar Bullfighting Festival will take place at the La Misericordia Bullring from 10 to 18 October, featuring seven major events: novillada, bullfights and rejones. The line-ups feature leading bull-breeding estates and a mix of established stars and up-and-coming talent. The programme is rounded off with heifer fights, ‘recortes’ (bull-dodging), ‘roscaderos’ (bull-jumping), ‘emboladores’ (fireball-throwing), bull runs and other popular festivities.
